Our team

Weapon detection and violence detection technologies have been developed by two teams at the University of Seville and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, led by Prof. Juan A. Alvarez and Prof. Oscar Deniz, respectively. Both teams focus their research on computer vision and machine learning, accredited with hundreds of international publications and innovative public- and privately funded projects, including large European actions from FP7 and Horizon 2020 research frameworks.
